Beggan for More?
I was born and raised in Massachusetts and have lived here most of my life. I’m living in Boston now. I love to travel, a passion I discovered a little later in life. I enjoy listening to music and going to concerts and hearing live music. I indulge in cooking when I have the time and a delicious meal. The outdoors are necessary daily, I typically go for a walk. Exercising and yoga help keep my level as well.
I've always been able to connect with people of all different backgrounds, perspectives and beliefs. This especailly became apparent during my travels earlier in life. My wit and my charm (thanks Mom) probably play a part of it, but I think my curiosity of people is the drive. Pair that with the strive to help and I believe that makes me a pretty good candidate for being a life coach.
As a service worker most of my life, sprinkle in some corporate consulting here and there (the corporate world was not for me), I sharpened relationship building skills that were already instilled within me. I started to feel like there is something more that I can do with these unique abilities.
I did the research. I sifted through countless life coaching programs until I landed on one that seemed to be more of a community than a training program. CTEDU, based out of Seattle, WA is where I decided to get my certification. I was certified in October of 2023 and that was a major milestone. I’m now one step closer to gaining accreditation from the ICF (International Coaching Federation).

I am working at a steady pace to open up my coaching practice. I’m trying not to do things too fast, but to do things at a pace where the stresses and anxiety are manageable and not overwhelming. Everyone needs a little stress in their life, it’s a form of motivation, but I’m fortunate to be able to work this out at my own speed.

I want to specialize in working with people in the service industry. All sorts of services, restaurants, front and back of house, hotels, plumbers, electricians, anyone in the service sector. Every career has its stresses so why not have its own coaches?
